Article Submission Terms and Conditions

When you submit an article to Recruiting & Staffing Solutions Magazine (RSSM) Online Edition, you grant permission to publish your article, and possibly edit it for length and content as necessary.  At this time, RSSM does not offer monetary compensation, but we are happy to include with your article a short bio, a link to your website, and any contact information that you specify.  You also grant ClubSolutions permission to promote by using your article, keeping all contact and bio information intact. You grant to RSSM a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, unlimited license to use and publish your Article, including your name and other submitted "Public" information, in any way, for any purpose, in any format, medium and manner, whether now known or unknown, in copyrighted works or any other context.

You declare that you own the entire Article, or you have sufficient rights and authority to grant this license to RSSM. You declare that no portion of your Article is copyrighted by anyone else, your Article does not violate the copyrights of anyone, your Article does not violate any non-disclosure agreements you have signed, your Article does not include any confidential trade secrets, and your Article does not contain information you know to be libelous, misleading, incorrect, or in violation of any laws, regulations or rights. You agree to hold harmless RSSM from any claims or disputes regarding your Article.

Please look over your submission carefully to prevent errors.  Your title should not be in all caps, and please do not use multiple exclamation points.  We ask that your article is between 500 and 1500 words, and be a pertinent topic.

Please do not submit material that is promotional in nature of your product.  RSSM looks for articles pertaining to Hiring, Management, Marketing, Profit Maximization, and any topic you see in our content areas.

RSSM reserves the right to decline the use of material submitted.
